From Boston
Take the Mass Turnpike (I-90) west to Exit 2 (Lee). Take a right off the ramp onto Rte. 20 West. (In Lenox, Rte. 20 merges with Rte. 7.) Continue on Rte. 7 North until the Pittsfield rotary. Travel three quarters of the way around the rotary and drive straight onto West St. Follow West St. through one set of lights to a stop sign at the end. Take a left to remain on West St. Drive to the second set of lights and take a right onto Valentine Rd. Hillcrest Commons is three quarters of a mile up the road on the left.

From Albany, NY
Take the NY Thruway (I-90) east to Exit 11E (Rte. 20 East). Two miles after the Pittsfield line, take a left onto Hungerford St. (which turns into Fort Hill Ave.) to the end. Turn right onto West St. At the first set of lights, take a left onto Valentine Rd. Hillcrest Commons is three quarters of a mile up the road on the left.
