Who We Are
Hillcrest Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 265-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. Our building is set back from the road, and our property backs up to the Hillcrest Hospital campus and beautiful Onota Lake. We’re just two miles away from Berkshire Medical Center.
We’ve been caring for people in the Pittsfield area since 1995, providing top-quality, personalized rehabilitation, nursing, and long-term care in a warm, homelike setting.
We’re locally run and staffed by caring and attentive Pittsfield-area healthcare professionals. And we’re backed by Berkshire Healthcare, one of the largest, nonprofit, long-term care providers in Massachusetts. That gives us a tremendous advantage: access to an extensive network of top healthcare professionals and other resources to support our programs and services.
